The Culture Festivals are finally done with.
This means I have my first full weekend off in a month. It has been so nice to sleep until 9:30 on a Saturday rather than getting up at 6:30 to get ready to go to school to help out. I loved going to the festivals I just wish they had been a bit more spaced out. I have been plagued with headaches this week because the long term gradual sleeping time reduction has been getting to me.
Anyway. I have various things I want to be doing so I will go and attempt to do them.

Kotatsu's are brilliant. I can see why Tamaki from Ouran spazzed over them.

I find I'm becoming less and less attached to DA
It's not that I'm going to leave.
I think because I'm not investing as much time as I used to into art - be it fan art or any other kind of art - that I've pretty much moved over to LJ. I make more regular updates over there and post the few odd scraps that I draw there too.
I thought that by getting involved with some of the clubs I'm in would get me drawing again but I'll admit, I came out of an exchange feeling like I'd been short changed. And it's making me reluctant to sign up for another exchange in the future. I'm more energetic and 元気 since Christmas. I've got a lot more going for me this side of Christmas and before the New Year officially kicks off.
Tomorrow I'm off to Osaka for 3 days.
Friday is the Kanjani 8 concert :heart: with Amy and we have a few hours before the concert in which we're going to make uchiwa's specifically for Ohkura. Which means loads of green. Loads and loads of green. I have green and silver tinsel as well as a bunch of green and silver glitter glue while Amy has the stuff to make the actual uchiwa's. Not come together.
I shall spend this Christmas Eve alone and hopefully tomorrow will go have a meal with some friends. God knows if it will happen.
The only Christmas Art I have to share is part of a Christmas Exchange so I will post it once I get the go ahead from the group.
